The night showcased several local Toronto artist paintings that complimented Fame Kill's Summer 2014 looks for the evening. Out of all the artist we saw, we had the most connection with Goten's painting. His piece was so artistically designed and there was just something about the colors and the way he put them together that drew us in. He titled his piece “Find yourself” & “Chow Mein” (see below)
Fame Kills isn't a typical fashion show presentation that most people would expected. For example, one of the models came out wearing a paper bag on his head that said " I am not Famous Anymore". At first I couldn't comprehend why he had the paper bag over his head but then Kae told me it was in reference to Shia Labeouf's recent artistic antics. ( If you don't know what I'm talking about google " Shia Labeouf paper bag"). After Kae showed me the pictures I completely got it!
